The Promotion is open between 10:00am (AEDT) on 10th October 2008 and 23:59 (AEST) on 23rd October 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

Entry

1. Management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its subsidiaries, and the agencies and other companies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry to the competition is via the mobile site only.
3. To enter and be eligible to win entrants must answer in 25 words or less why a movie should be elected the best Halloween movie of all times. The winner receives a pair of movie tickets.
4. Entrants’ phones must be WAP and GPRS enabled to access the mobile site. Please check with your mobile network operator. Pre-paid customers on the 3 network can not access this service and post paid customers require the Web and Email pack.

Judging

1. Tickets to movie tickets permit entry for two adults and are only valid at participating cinemas. Not valid public holidays. Not valid with any other offer. Valid even with No Free Ticket restrictions.
2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
3. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner.

General

1. Incomplete and ineligible entries and entries with obscene, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate or unsuitable content as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion are not eligible to win.
2. Eligible Entrants are allowed a maximum of one entry into the competition. Repeat entries are not allowed and will be disregarded.
3. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All other costs associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winner. All components of the prize must be taken together and the prize is subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law
5. All winners will be notified in writing within 14 days of the judging.
6. Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period.
7. If the Promoter is unable to provide any winner with the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
8. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
9. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
10. By submitting an entry, each Eligible Entrant agrees to assign all rights in the Answer to the Promoter, and consents to the Promoter using the Answer in any manner the Promoter wishes (including modifying, adapting or publishing the Answer in whole or in part or not at all) including posting their Answer on the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period without payment to the entrant.
11. The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winners’ names and/or photographs for publicity purposes.
12. The winners agree to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested. The winners will have no right to seek any royalty, payment or other compensation from the Promoter
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided to them to third party suppliers for the purposes of conducting this promotion. Information collected from the consumer is for the purpose of conducting this promotion only. The information collected will not be used for future marketing purposes.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter disclosing their personal information and their Answers to the Judges for the purpose of determining the winners of the Promotion.
